Pakistani Singer Fakhr-e-Alam Hopes to Fly Across the World Solo in 28 Days

Three years ago from today, Pakistani pop singer Fakhr-e-Alam had shared a dream with and had announced his love for flying and aircrafts.

After a lot of hard work and determination since then, the 42 year old singer has revealed on Sunday that he is ready to see his dream materialize soon. He states that his mission to fly across the globe in 28 days is to be called Mission Parwaaz.

He shared the happy news with is fans and followers on Twitter and said: “I am happy to report to you all today that after three years of a lot of hard work and persistence, Mission Parwaaz, my attempt to circumnavigate the globe is finally happening.”

Fakhr-e-Alam’s journey across the globe will help him set a world record as he would then become the first Muslim individual to travel around the world with less than 100 hours of flying experience.

“I would be the first person to achieve this feat as previously, pilots have attempted such a record with at least 250 hours of flying time; a fact which has been confirmed by the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI) in Switzerland,” he has said.

Fakhr-e-Alam’s aim is truly ambitious and praiseworthy. We wish him the best of luck for this endevour.
