On November 5th, Bank Alfalah unveiled its new TVC promoting the launch of its new multi-purpose mobile app called “Alfa”. Bank Alfalah has introduced this new application in order to provide its customers with fast access to the facilities already being offered by the bank.
The new TVC by Alfalah features the new heartthrob of the nation, the Janaan star, Bilal Ashraf. With his dimpled smile and husky voice Bilal Ashraf comes on screen and promotes the features provided by the application. The features include the following; a fast login with fast interface, SMS alert services, e-statement, and online transfers. Additionally, the app provides facilities such as utility bill payment, personal and customizable calendar. What is great about this app is that it is available for both iOS and Android users.
What makes this initiative outstanding is that no other bank has previously offered services to its customers through a mobile application. During the TVC Bank Alfalah took a dig at the other banks, which do not provide the same facility. Bilal Ashraf questions the audience whether their bank is tech savvy enough to offer them facilities with such ease.
Bank Alfalah definitely needs to be lauded and applauded for its initiative and for pioneering convinient Mobile banking methods for its customers.
