The world becomes more beautiful when we forget our differences and take out time to talk with each other. We have always heard about not talking to strangers but the need of today’s global world is social networking. Last month, WoWoman realized that women in Pakistani society have to break the stereotype of staying in constraint of the social boundaries constructed by families, educational institutes and workplaces.
WoWoman once again, organized an event WoW Iftaar in the blessed month of Ramadan for women in Lahore, Pakistan. The event was held with the collaboration of Foodies where women from different professions and academics were invited to talk with strangers and share food. A number of women attended the event and enjoyed good food with meaningful conversations. They shared their life stories with each other and gave best wishes for the future.
WoWoman hopes that it would reach more women through such kinds of events in the future.
